We highly recommend the foam insert (not included) be glued to the wheel for added tire and insert life as well as proper handling. To keep the insert from expanding as well as potentially tearing the foam inserts, the inserts are glued from the factory in all assembled rear tire/wheel sets and should be done for any new inserts as well.
